Shannon Henderson: I’m a special education teacher supporting upper elementary and middle school students with autism, emotional disorders, and executive functioning challenges. I believe students can’t learn if they’re dysregulated—and teachers shouldn’t have to hold everything together alone. I specialize in simple systems, routines, and accommodations that reduce behavior, support regulation, and make curriculum accessible without lowering expectations. Here you’ll find real classroom strategies, behavior management scripts, and practical tools designed to give special education teachers a clear plan that actually works. If you teach special education need systems that carry the work, you’re in the right place.
